The Intercollegiate Hellenic Society is
a nonprofit organization whose goals are to promote Hellenic culture and social values by bringing people
of Hellenic background together through purely social and educational means.
At present time, the organization consists
of twelve College and University Hellenic clubs. The following is a list of IHS members:

- PACE UNIVERSITY
Along with organizing social activities
for the members, such as the annual ski trip, dances and sports events, IHS has become much more active
in the Greek Community at large.
- IHS has participated in the Reception
and security committees for the 1999 Greek Independence Day Parade.
- IHS has cosponsored the 2nd Annual Career
Fair and Job Expo along with the Federation of Hellenic Societies of Greater New York.
- IHS has participated in the 1st Annual
Hellenic Expo sponsored by NGTV.
The funds raised in the past years have
gone to such associations as the Greek Children's Fund of Memorial Sloan Kettering and their Young Adult
Division, as well as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Most recently IHS held a fund-raiser for
the earthquake victims in Athens and raised over $3,500.
As such an active and large young adult
organization IHS is committed to the basic goals of promoting and sustaining the Hellenic Culture, as
well as expanding the organization's philanthropic scope to include any cause in need of help.
