DELSOL ANNUAL MONTREAL EXPERIENCE SKI EVENT PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

RESPONSIBILITY: DelSol Student Travel Services and their travel industry suppliers’ act solely as agents in accepting bookings forthis tour on behalf of The Intercollegiate Hellenic Society (also known as IHS) & independent group coordinators. DelSol shall not be liable for any act or omission of any company or its agents that have been contracted by DelSol Student Travel Services in carrying out tour services with respect to, but not limited to: accidents, personal injury, baggage losses, delays, cancellations, strikes, political unrest, riots, inclement weather, acts of God, war, terrorism and changes in schedule. Such companies shall include but not limited to: Ski resorts, nightclubs, motor coach companies, hotels, bars, and attractions. DelSol reserves the right to substitute any of the arrangements set forth in this package should conditions necessitate, or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour, event or activity. Persons renting equipment of any kind use it at their own risk and assume all liability for personal injury, or property damage resulting from said use. Renters shall be responsible for lost or stolen equipment while in their custody. DelSol and its suppliers reserve the right to exclude intoxicated persons from motor coach during tour, and we further reserve the right to exclude individuals from participation from any tour or event with out refund. Federal law prohibits drinking alcoholic beverages on a motor coach during tour. Any person will be removed from motor coach and left on route or on US/Canadian border if tour escort or customs agent deems it reasonably necessary. Said individual will receive no refund and any and all expenses will be paid by said individual to return home. All participants who are part of a group will be held liable, collectively, for all damages incurred by any member of said group. Individuals not abiding by rules and regulations while participating on the Montreal ski event will be removed from hotel with no refund and will not receive return transportation to their point of origin. Land reservations are subject to a security deposit per room (credit card only deposit and amount set by Hotel management). Security deposit will be refunded after damage to hotel room has been assessed and at the discretion of the hotel management. All participants are responsible for damages to their rooms and an assessment of room damages will be completed prior to departure. Full payment of assessed damages is required prior to departure.

PAYMENT TERMS & PENALTIES: Prices increase after December 4th 2007 by $20.00. All money orders must be made out to DelSol. No checks will be accepted as a form of payment after December 4th 2007. All payments made after December 4th must be made directly to the offices of DelSol, located at 84-32 164th Street, Jamaica Hill, NY 11432. Any name change after a deposit has been accepted will incur a $25.00 name change fee. Any cancellation will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee up to December 4th 2007. Any cancellation for any reason made after December 4th will incur a 100% Cancellation penalty. Name changes will be allowed after December 4th however they are the sole responsibility of the individual(s) canceling to find replacement. All Major Credit Cards accepted. A 3.5% service fee will apply to credit card charges.

VISAS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: TRAVELERS TO AND FROM CANADA WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A U.S.A PASSPORT or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States. This is a change from prior travel requirements and will affect all U.S. citizens entering the United States from countries within the Western Hemisphere. Minimum age requirement is 18 years old and proof of age is required at time of booking. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed to attend. Proof of U.S. Citizenship required entering Canada. Non-US citizens: check with Canadian Consulate for any additional entry requirements. Anyone convicted of a D.W.I. Or other charge in the U.S.A may be denied entry into Canada by Canadian Customs.
