Important Notes:

3.  Credit Cards will not be processed without clear copies of front and back of credit card.
4.  The purchase of optional cancellation Insurance to protect against penalties is strongly recommended

DELOS Vacations & Honeymoons CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

The cancellation fees that will be charged are per person:

Air & Land Packages cancellation penalties:

45 days or more before departure:  $100.00
44 to 36 days before departure:      $200.00
35 to 21 days before departure:      50% of total charges
20 to 8 days before departure:        80% of total charges
7 days or less before departure:     100% of total charges
Package Refunds:
Once a tour commences, NO REFUND will be made for unused features or voluntary modifications made by the tour participant to said tour under any circumstances.

Air Only Bookings cancellation penalties:

Charter Flights Operated to Greece:
30 days or more before departure:  $100.00
29 to 14 days before departure:      $200.00
14 to 7 days before departure:        $300.00
7 to 3 days before departure:          50% of total charges
3 days through day of departure:    100% of total charges
Other Airline’s:
OLYMPIC AIRWAYS: $200pp cancellation penalty applies for Olympic Airways; EXCEPT when a non-refundable special fare is purchased and in these cases there is a 100% cancellation penalty after purchasing ticket with NO REFUND.  All other carriers are 100% Non-Refundable once an airline ticket has been purchased
